At Key Bliss Boutique, we want you to be 100% satisfied. Your happiness is our happiness! If you are not happy with your purchase, feel free to return it and find something that will better suit you! Unfortunately, our inventory rapidly changes and we cannot guarantee an exchange for a specific item. All unworn/unaltered merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date of PURCHASE to receive money back on the original payment method. Returns must include the invoice and return form. You may not return or exchange: jewelry, accessories (purses, scarves & belts), clearance and flash sale items. Previously purchased items may NOT be exchanged or refunded the difference for sales or promotions, including, but not limited to Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached. If you return items that you have tried on and they have make up, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains on them, you will NOT be given a refund and items will be sent back to you at your cost. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item- we recommend paying for tracking to ensure delivery. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please email us so we can resolve any issue as soon as possible - KeyBlissBoutique@gmail.com. If the order is returned past the 14-day limit and/or do not fit the return guidelines, the item(s) will be shipped back to you, at your cost, and no refund will be given.
* RETURN POLICY EXTENDED -- Any purchase made from Nov 22nd through December 24th may be returned by January 31st. If you have a gift receipt, in-store credit will be given.
